Sameer Eid is the dean of mideastern fare in the area. Long before mideastern restaurants proliferated, he was serving the classic dishes of Lebanon in modest quarters, moving to Birmingham in the early '80's. His approach is quite different from the other restaurants, with a menu that has a more refined approach and includes many departures from the standard dishes. |
